Minimum Education

Functional Accountabilities
Data Analytics
- Identify ways to improve and promote quality. Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.
- Develop appropriate data composition that will produce effective tracking and reporting systems that enable informed fundraising decisions
- Gather and extract data from database using a variety of common commercially available tools (MS Excel, MS SQL, and Tableau) to assist clients in identifying potential solutions to business needs.
- Works under Data Manager to develop clear and well-structured analytical plans, and to identify opportunities for improving operational processes and outcomes
- Analyze large data sets to find usable information and forcast and interpret potential trends.
- Enhance data sets to support performance improvement opportunities.
- Build statistical models, diagnose, validate and improve performance of these models over time, in addition to creating efficient and reusable SQL code meant for the improvement, manipulation and analysis of data
- Provide assistance, training and trouble shoot as necessary
- Monitor metrics, recommend areas for improvement, responsible for monthly status/metrics reports
- Effectively communicates findings from analysis orally in presentations or in writing, linking it back to the "big picture" concept of improving quality of care in a compassionate environment
- Ensure on-going communication with end-users, both internal and external
- Present data findings at meetings related to the areas of interest
- Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Actively listens and seeks clarification; Responds well to questions; Demonstrates group presentation skills
- Informs and supports program and project development, implementation, coordination, promotion and evaluation using knowledge and experience in area of specialization
- Lead programs by being the primary point person
- Ensure on-going communication with end-users, both internal and external
- Communicate barriers, challenges and any other issues that affect progress
- Work with Children's Government Affairs staff to provide data support that inform policy/regulatory initiatives that improve health
- Assist in the development of project scope statements, timelines and deliverables
- Work independently and collaboratively with team members to ensure timely completion of project and on budget
- Implement project plans according to schedule in order to achieve desired results
- Attends meetings where reporting and analytic expertise is needed and represents the department in both interna and external settings.
