Functional Accountabilities
Consulting & Analysis
- Advise, counsel and educate to management and HR staff with regard to compensation related matters. And partner with Sr . HR Business Partners to address compensation related needs and issues.
- Administer assigned compensation and benefits programs to ensure adherence to compensation policies, procedures and philosophy.
- Partner with recruiters in recommending hiring packages that are able to attract talents as well as ensure internal equity.
- Conduct Ad hoc analysis to provide insight on the impact of compensation and benefits program changes.
- Lead annual performance management and merit increases, annual incentive payout, SEIU increases and special market studies, etc.
- Review current compensation and benefits processes and make improvement recommendations, develop tools or e-learning programs to facilitate the changes.
- Work with the Director of Compensation & Benefits to implement compensation and benefits program communication and training activities for projects and initiatives.
- Serve as Tier II technical support for compensation and benefits tools and liaison with vendors on system updates.
- Lead or participate compensation or benefits audit projects to ensure legal compliance such EEO, FLSA,FMLA, SARs).
- Keep abreast of new legal changes to assure plans are compliant and communications to employees are timely.
- Work with third party vendor to develop performance management training material or courses.
- Train/mentor entry level Compensation and Benefits Consultant on compensation and benefit and help them grow their skillsets.
