Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree Business, Information Systems or related field is required plus, five years in HR department experience or equivalent of training and experience. (Preferred) Or

Minimum Work Experience
5 years System administrator in HRIM (PeopleSoft database preferred), five years of experience in data analysis. (Required)

Functional Accountabilities
Data Management and Reporting
  • Assist users with extracting and manipulating HR/Payroll records.
  • Research, prepare reports and system documentation materials; respond to data requests and create reports as needed; provide data analysis.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly reports to HR staff.
  • Research data entry issues and respond appropriately to resolve.
  • Ensure integrity and security of employee data.
  • Assist, with the daily administration of PeopleSoft applications and improve the quality and usability of the data and system.
User Support
  • Provide first level support for all end users.
  • Provide functional support for all HR/Payroll applications (i.e PeopleSoft, Chex, TowerMetriX, Employeease, etc.).
System Optimization and Problem Resolution
  • Research, support, troubleshoot HR/Payroll system issues.
  • Assist the HR team to identify issues, probable solutions and delivery of HR/Payroll application solutions that are practical and effective in their overall support of the CNMC mission.
  • Assist the HR team in the research, evaluation, planning, and implementation of new PeopleSoft modules that will enhance the functionality of HR/Payroll systems.
Project Management
  • Assist the HR team in the research, evaluation, planning, and implementation of new PeopleSoft modules that will enhance the functionality of HR/Payroll systems.
Non-Essential Function
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
