Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems (Required) Or
Minimum Work Experience
7 years industry-related experience, including 5 years technical and customer support management and technical IT engineering experience a plus; end-to-end project lifecycle experience, including business case definition, requirements gathering, budgeting, and architecture development and implementation expertise. (Required)
Required Skills/Knowledge
Expert knowledge of industry standard infrastructure components to include Windows based Intel Servers, Enterprise Networking (WLAN, WAN, LAN), Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Server, Server & Desktop Virtualization, Enterprise SAN Storage, and Unix/Linux Environments.
Excellent written, negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills. Proven analytical ability to solve complex business and technical problems.
Versatile computing skills including experience with numerous industry-standard administrative, groupware applications and project management tools.
Superior interpersonal skills with management, end-users, customers, and coworkers.
Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively interface with vendors, internal/external customers, and IT Leadership.
Experience in design and planning of implementations, migrations.
Troubleshooting and lifecycle management of the above listed technologies.
Required Licenses and Certifications
MCITP (Microsoft Certified IT Professional), and/or MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist) preferred, and or CCMP (Cisco Certified Network Professional. Upon Hire (Preferred)
