1. Consistently demonstrate adherence with the standards for the responsible conduct of research.
2. Responsible for appropriate use of research funds.
3. Comply with all annual job-related training requirements.

Commitment to Research
1. Conduct research of significant scientific value in the basic and/or translational science area(s) relevant to his/her practice specialty.
2. Participate in reviewing manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals.
3. Publish in peer-reviewed, scientific, quality and management journals.
4. Submit applications for grants or contracts for funding of research projects.
5. Participate in research committees, workshop special interest groups.

Collaborations
1. Collaborate effectively with CRI researchers, external agencies and institutions to develop cooperative research initiatives, promotes free discussion, research progress, skills productivity and morale with internal and external colleagues and stakeholders.
